Digging through a stack of old DAT tapes, I recovered 3-4 hours of “live in the studio” recordings no one has ever heard. The tracks were all recorded in one take direct to DAT between 2000 and 2003. Most of them were rehearsals to get myself sorted for whatever show was pending. I doubt I’ve listened to any of them since. Over the next couple weeks I’ll get them into the computer. Whether any of this is worth exposing or best left tucked away I can’t yet say.
I didn’t dig into that box looking for these. There was a different goal, most of which was fulfilled, but I’ll save that for another post or two.
