My project The Corvidae Cabal has a new release up on Bandcamp called “Seeing Time”. It’s 9 tracks, about an hour, of Dark electronics, with underlying rhythmic currents. It’s different than Gruntsplatter, but not that different.
This release explores the process the mind goes through at the end of life to prepare for transitioning into what comes next. During this process there periodic deluges of disjointed thoughts. On the surface they may make no sense, but in truth reveal clues as to the nature of death and what that means.
Fitting, I think, to release it on the longest night of a year that few will forget.
